Worldwide Environmental Restoration and Construction 2009 (WERC 09),

Pyramid Services is authorized to provide Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) services under the Air Force’s Worldwide Environmental Restoration and Construction 2009 (WERC 09) program. The main thrust of the WERC 09 IDIQ contract is for the provision, worldwide, of environmental restoration and construction services to remedy site conditions in accordance with technical and regulatory requirements, and to provide limited minor construction and ancillary services.
The procurement is being overseen by the Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment (AFCEE), Brooks City-Base, San Antonio, TX. AFCEE’s mission is to provide the comprehensive expertise to protect, preserve, restore, develop, and sustain the nation’s environmental and installation resources. As such, AFCEE offers a complete range of technical and professional services in environmental and installation planning and engineering, and military housing construction and privatization; it provides a centralized office where Air Force commanders can go for assistance with their installations’ environmental and construction programs. Pyramid Services and our teaming partner RMA-Insight, Joint Venture, offer services related to Military Family Housing such as repair, renovation, and demolition of existing military family housing facilities. Our joint venture teaming partners are RMA Land Construction, Inc., and Insight Environmental, Engineering and Construction, Inc. RMA Land Construction is a full-service general contractor with more than 27 years of experience. Insight is a licensed general construction, environmental remediation, and engineering firm capable of providing specialized services in both normal and rapid response/emergency situations.
